Sprint Backlog

The set of Product Backlog items selected for the Sprint, plus a plan for delivering them.

The Sprint Backlog is the work the team commits to doing during the Sprint and how they plan to do it. It is the Sprint’s living plan.

It gives the team a clear plan and keeps them focused during the Sprint.

How it works

The team selects items during Sprint Planning and updates the backlog daily as they learn more and adapt toward the Sprint Goal.
